Having known Billy for over 4 years, there was no other person we would have trusted to install our air conditioner. Personable, funny, and such a hard worker, he is the perfect person for all your heating and cooling needs. He installed a split unit in our home, and made it look so easy!! We have known Bill for over 13 years! My husband and I met him and all his friends from Jersey at CMA fest. He eventually moved to Louisville for a while and he became like family. Recently, Bill rented a Uhaul trailer and drive his work van 12+ hours to Kentucky and installed brand new furnace and AC unit. Before he came he took measurements over the phone for all the sheet metal. When he got here he removed all the old equipment. He spent the next 2 days working. His attention to detail is second to none. He cleaned up the areas before, during, and after the installation. We used to get poor air flow in our master bedroom and sons room because both areas are over the garage. Now that is not an issue. He also cleaned and organized our garage and then pressure washed our driveway. We were very impressed with Bill’s knowledge and work ethic. Thanks to Bill, we now have brand new furnace and AC unit. The quality work performed by Bill was top notch. He went above and beyond besides installing our new A/C system. He re-supported and repaired the duct work that was existing. I’ve been having an issue with my central a/c for a couple years now until it just recently stopped working. I got Billy’s number from a coworker and I’m so thankful. He came by the same day actually within a couple of hours to take a look at it. He was professional, quick and efficient. No BS given which I respect. Very fair and also checked in a couple days later. Will definitely use him again.

Billy did an above and beyond job. My AC went out and he installed a new handler and condenser in crunch time. I have a toddler and a pregnant wife and he made sure we had AC in no time. I highly recommend.

Billy came to my house with the intention of trying everything in his power to save my old unit. After 39 years it was finally time to get a new unit because it was dead. We sat down and looked at the best options. He explained everything in lay terms so that I could truly understand cost comparison l. He fit me on the schedule fairly quickly knowing that a heat wave was on the way. He arrived prompt with a one man crew and did an incredible Job. His assistant Connor was so focused kind and professional. They were clean, efficient and really paid attention to detail. Billy is very talented and has old school work ethics and customer service traits that are literally becoming extinct. My system is super cold at 74 degrees. His prices are fair and true to God honest. I cannot recommend them enough, The system is quiet and the air flow is 100% better. My biggest mistake would have been going with someone else.

I can’t recommend Billy enough!! It took us 5 months to close on our house and on the day of closing the boiler wouldn’t turn on - we thought we weren’t going to be able to close that day as a result, but Bill was so understanding and kind and came over before the end of the day so we could close on our new house!! He fixed our boiler and was SO helpful - he got our boiler working, showed us what would need to be replaced or looked at, and answered all our questions. True professionalism and amazing customer service, we are over the moon grateful for him. I told him he is our new HVAC guy! Our house has been nice and toasty ever since!!!

Billy did awesome work replacing our hot water heater! He was timely, responsive and super tidy in our house. He was extremely knowledgable about the job and made quick work out of our change out. I would recommend him to anyone who need HVAC systems work, replacement or install.

Bill and his team did one of the most incredible jobs I have ever seen. I am a large contractor focusing in New York City and surrounding area. This was a very complicated project with a customer that is beyond demanding. We have a very tight schedule and had to replace six compressors and air handler‘s, not only did Bill do some of the most incredible work I have ever seen, but he completed on time and my customer that usually is extremely demanding was very impressed. Amazing! Billy worked on switching from an oil to a gas-fired heating system. He took his time explaining me every step of the way, did an amazing job and completed the work within the agreed time. The work was so neatly done that the two inspectors complemented his workmanship when checking the new furnace. We will definitely call him back for other jobs!
